Alexis Deacon’s work for The Book Thief
Alexis was commissioned by The Folio Society to illustrate this very moving book by Markus Zusak. Here’s Papa playing his accordion in the basement. Alexis enjoyed working for them, and the limited edition sold out within minutes. There will also be a core edition at some point too.
