Star Wars: The New Jedi Order, Dark Tide/Onslaught
This was commissioned by Dave Stevenson at Ballantine for Books for the cover of the book by Michael A Stackpole. John is a huge Star Wars fan and he has also produced a painting of the Death Star which is now in George Lucas's collection. If you look back through these pages you'll find the pastel sketch for it.
